Alerding & Co., LLC was formed in May 1998 by Michael P. Alerding, Michael A. Staton, and Michael E. Farmer to serve closely-held businesses throughout Indiana. Our firm is one of the top 20 accounting and consulting firms in Indianapolis serving closely-held businesses throughout Indiana.
